    1848 Coronet Large Cent - Original Coronet Large Cent, sometimes nicknamed "Matron Head", issued by the United States Mint in Philadelphia, produced from 1839 until the end of the production of large cents in 1857, with a slightly altered profile .   Recovered in Union Infantry Camp near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.  Coin was de-accessioned by the Valley Forge Historical Society.
