Gettysburg Artillery Shell Fragment - The shell fragments were recovered from the Gettysburg Battlefield in the 1880's by Clair Blubaugh at the site of the National Cemetery, an area of heavy fighting and where President Abraham Lincoln gave his immortal Gettysburg Address.  Each fragment is accompanied by a letter of provenance.  Upon purchase we will select on example from the recovered fragments.
