Accompanied by an original ink note attention to it being a pass taken from a “Reb Dr. by Alex. J. Frick, Co. D. 84thPennsylvania Volunteers Held until 1937 by the Frick Family. The note that the pass was contained in states: “The property of Alex. J. Frick, Co. D. 84th P.V.” Frick was with the 84th PA as a captain, later joined the 41sy PA Infantry as Lieutenant Colonel of the Regiment!
