September 13, 1799 Abraham Quin bush sells land to Revolutionary War Colonel Jacobus Van Schoonhoven. (1744 to 1814) Signed in ink by Schoonhoven at base. Schoonhaven served as colonel of the 12th Albany Company, New York Militia during the revolutionary war. And participated in the Saratoga campaign. He was later elected to the New York State assembly. A fine condition document which presents well with bold signature.
