Gettysburg Postcard Jennie Wade House

 

Jennie Wade was the only citizen of the town of Gettysburg who was killed during the three days fighting during the battle of Gettysburg.  While attending to household duties at her home she was killed by a bullet on the morning of July 3rd, 1863.  The house has been restored and is now a museum that contains many relics and marks of the battle.  Great color.
