Smith’s Patent Artillery Shoulder Bars

 

Scarce set of officer’s bars for Lieutenant of artillery.   The field is red velvet with most of the nap present and strong color.  The gold gilded brass edging is in very good condition, being a thinner width variety with simulated muted and bright bullion.

Comes housed in a display case with blue velvet backing and descriptive card.
