Civil War Officer’s Slouch Hat – Inventory Number:  UNI 146 / SOLD Excellent Civil War Union officer’s slouch hat. The visor to crown height is 5” with cotton and silk grosgrain hatband and binding, an ostrich feather, and brown leather sweatband. The hat is adorned with a twisted black silk and gold bullion cord ending in two acorns and a gold bullion infantry insignia embroidered on a black wool background. The hat remains in excellent condition with some light staining and typical wear. A handsome slouch hat for a discerning Civil War headgear collector.     Inventory Number:  UNI 146 / SOLD
