Bullseye Canteen with Cover Maker Hadden Porter & Booth Phila.

 

Civil War concentric ring “bullseye” canteen with its’ cover, strap, stopper, and chain. Cover stenciled with the letters G P S in white and again in blue. Spout is maker marked Hadden Porter & Booth Phila. A very nice example of a field carried canteen with lots of character, just a classic example of an issued and carried canteen for any Civil War collection.
