Major General Shoulder Bars 

 

Scarce original wartime shoulder bars fir a Union Major General.  Constructed of bullion with black velvet fields they each feature a pair of five pointed stars.  The field is in good condition and the boarders are rougher with some bullion loss.  A very hard to find set that could complete a frock coat or insignia collection.  There are a handful of well-known historic figures that these would have been worn by!

Comes housed in 6 inch x 8 inch riker display case with red velvet and descriptive card.
