Postcard General Lee’s Head Quarter’s, Gettysburg 

 

General Lee advanced with his army along the Chambersburg Pike and for a short time occupied this picturesque little stone house, fronting the pike, as his headquarters.  It stands on Seminary Ridge midway between the Seminary Building and the old tapeworm railroad cut.  Great colors.
