Revolutionary Revolutionary War Tea Kettle – Inventory Number: REV 020 / Sold Kettles have been used since 3500 B.C. Ancient travelers and soldiers from China used to boil water to remove impurities and to give it flavor. They accidentally discovered that when you add green tea leaves to boiling water, it gave the water some great flavor.
