Confederate Enfield Saber Bayonet For Short Rifle

 

A scarce Confederate saber bayonet designed for use with a short rifle. The hilt retains its original molded grip panels, showing honest wear and age while remaining solid.

The blade exhibits a pleasing, even patina with scattered light pitting and surface wear consistent with period use. The characteristic saber profile remains strong, with a well-defined fuller and an unaltered edge. The guard and muzzle ring are intact, maintaining proper form and fit.
