British Pattern 1845 Naval Cutlass, nice example with original black enamel finish on guard.  Grip retains a strong luster.  Blade is marked: Wilkinson – Pall Mall.  Widely used in military naval service for 45 years.  This example was retained in the collection of noted knife maker Ed Moran for over 50 years.
