1863 Diary of a Farmer – Inventory Number: HIS 179 / SOLD Charles a Donaldson’s diary – Front contains historical information distances, and whether the diary contains a few spotty entries of daily life with short notes pertaining to his days, a few of interest are:  Went over to Fonda to hear a man Speak from Rochester on the war and the union and etc..  sold 50 bales of hay to go to Fort Edward… A good bit of accounting and recordkeeping debts are in the back of the diary.
