The scarf comes with a note that reads “Lincoln funeral mourning head scarf worn at Lincoln’s funeral in Springfield, ILL. Said to have been worn by Ms. Bessie Collins.” A fine piece of Lincoln mourning memorabilia.  Comes housed in a display case with red velvet backing and descriptive card.
