Cartridge Box Plate Battle of Gettysburg – Inventory Number: GET 343/ SOLD This Union cartridge box plate was recovered from the area of Littlestown, PA within 10 miles of Gettysburg.  The face retains a nice chocolate brown earthen patina The back of the plate retains the lead fill and stubs of the iron loops.  Accompanied by a letter of provenance.
