Description

Confederate Scabbard Mount

 

This excavated brass mount is part of a Confederate sword scabbard. The brass mount was affixed to a short artillery sword which had an oval stud that would hold it to a leather frog device.  A devotion of the leather scabbard remains inside the mount! Comes housed in 5 x 6 riker display case with red velvet and descriptive card.
