Confederate States of America Non Taxable Certificate – This CSA Non Taxable Certificate was unissued in Richmond.  It is Criswell number 152 and Ball number 364.  Beautifully printed Non-Taxable Certificate from the Confederate States of America was authorized by the Act of  17 February 1864 was not dated.  Issued for $500. This historic document was printed by George Dunn & Company, Richmond, Virginia and has a border around it with a nice vignette of a man and stile at top left.  It was issued under an act of the CSA Congress.  This certificate is unsigned.  Professionally framed and ready to display, frame measures 17 3/8″ x 10 7/8″  Inventory Number: CUR 043
