Gettysburg 50th Anniversary G.A.R. Badge for the State of New Hampshire

 

This is a badge given to the New Hampshire delegate to the 50th anniversary of Gettysburg, or the Great Reunion, hosted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The badge has a bar at top showing the busts of Grant and Lee along with their respective flags. The medallion hangs from a ribbon and is in the shape of the State of New Hampshire and bears the profile of the “Old Man of the Mountain”.

Comes housed in 8 x 12 riker display case with red velvet and descriptive card.
