Mounted Rifleman’s Insignia – Inventory Number: INS 327 / SOLD            Scarce elongated bugle device used by the Mounted Rifle Corps in the years before the Civil War and into the War’s early years.  The insignia retains nearly all its original gold gilt finish and is constructed of stamped brass with oxidized lead solder affixing a pair of brass wires for attaching to hats. Comes housed in 6 x 8 riker display case with red velvet and descriptive card.   Inventory Number: INS 327 / SOLD
