Silver plate cased key wind pocket watch made in the 1850s by B. Laval St. Imier. The front of the case is engraved with the image of Lady Liberty encircled by floral motifs, with a castle depicted on the rear of the case. The porcelain watch face is in good condition with glass covering. The watch still ticks when wound but needs to be cleaned and tuned to fully function. Complete with a silver-plated chain. A well-made Swiss watch worthy of restoration.
Comes housed in an 8 x 12 inch display case with red velvet backing and descriptive card.
