We guarantee all of our items to be authentic and as described.  All items are guaranteed to be Authentic without time limit to the original purchaser for the price purchased.

We have provided a secure credit card processing element to our site as well as we accept: Certified Checks, Money Orders - Made payable to The Union Drummer Boy.  We accept AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal.  Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax to your orders when mailing payments.

Contact the shop directly at 717-334-2350 or email: orders@uniondb.com to place an order.  DO NOT place an order on-line.  Shipping costs are higher for customers residing outside of the United States, current shipping is based on national shipping:
  • We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

  • If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

  • If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
    • Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.

Order Processing Policy
After you submit your order, you will receive a  computer-generated conformation that your order was placed.  If there are extra shipping, handling or other charges for your order, we will let you know that amount, when the order is confirmed.  If there are taxes which apply to your order, we will also let you know the amount at that time.

If you are paying by Check or by Money Order, your order will be held for seven (7) days.  If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.                            

If payment is made by check, we will hold the item for you for an additional amount of time until our bank clears your check.  Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks.

Item(s) paid for by Money Order are shipped within three (3) business days after receipt.

If you are paying by Credit Card or PayPal, your order will be shipped within three (3) business days after receipt. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with the relic just return it UNALTERED within 5 days for a refund minus shipping charges and restocking fee of 6%. Layaways can be arranged on items over $100. Layaway terms are; 1/3 down and 1/3 in 30 days with balance due in full in 60 days. Due to time factors there are no refunds or price discounts on layaways. Only 1 item may be in lay-a-way at a time unless approved by The Union Drummer Boy We are always buying and trading so feel free to make an offer.

"Hold" and "Sold" Items Policy
Any item on the website which has an "ON HOLD" status is currently on layaway.  If the item should become available, the Hold status will be removed.  Once the purchase is complete, the status changes to "SOLD" or will be removed from the site.

If you have any interest in an item which is currently on layaway, please contact us and we will notify you if the sale is not complete.

The status of items that are sold or placed on layaway are updated weekly, so if you purchase an item and it is not marked "HOLD" or "SOLD" for a few days, don't worry it does not mean that your sale has not been posted.  If another customer inquires, it cannot be sold.
