1860 Naval Cutlas Side Knife / SOLD

Unique side knife fashioned from the blade of a Model 1860 Naval Cutlas. The blade has been highly sharpened, with scattered minor rust and pitting overall. The blade has been mounted into a heavy, cast brass handle with a great, aged patina. The knife measures 14 ¾” overall and is housed in a leather scabbard with a brass belt loop soldered to the throat. A fearsome handmade weapon.
