40th Annual Reunion Wyoming County, PA Veteran Association  - Red ribbon measures approximately 6 inches long and 1 5/8 inches wide with black printing on face. "40th. Annual Reunion"  appears above an image of the GAR Membership badge, above "WYMOMING COUNTY VETERAN ASSOCIATION Tunkhannock, Pa. October 29, 1915."  The ribbon is in very nice clean condition with clear printing.
