Davis under the order of General Butler, Special Order #432 datelined New Orleans ordering assigning Manning's Battery, guns and horses to move to Algiers, La. to be assigned to General Arnold. Well written in green paper. A rare New Orleans Butler item. Accompanied by a period lithograph of Butler.
