Civil War Compass - Inventory Number: CAM 402 / Sold

Awesome wartime example with gold case.  Designed like a watch case with post for affixing a chain.  The paper background is in excellent condition with a pleasing crème colored patina.

The domed glass bezel is intact and the mechanics function flawlessly.  Measures 1 1/16” across x ¼”.  Wonderful example.
