Civil War U.S. Belt Buckle - Inventory Number: BEL 461 / SOLD

Non-excavated Civil War pattern 1839 US enlisted belt buckle. Lead filled with arrow style hooks behind the letter “U”. This one is thew football shaped example commonly recovered from early war sires.  This example has had one of the two arrowhead hooks removed. A nice non-excavated example.

Comes housed in 6 inch x 8 inch riker display case with red velvet backing and descriptive card.
