Civil War US Navy Leather Fuse Pouch or Leather Primer Pouch is clearly arsenal stamped Navy Yard NY (for New York) and dated 1863. There are also 2 anchors stamped on either side of the date. Box is supple, closure tab is missing a portion.  Very nice example for the price.
