Button depicts state seal of Connecticut, grape vines with Latininscription, "He who transplanted continues to sustain", intended for troops of Connecticut units. Backmark: "SCOVILL MF'G CO. / (dot) WATERBURY. (dot) " dm between rings of dots.  Two part convex button, coat size.
