Dennis Conway New York 40th Infantry

Dennis Conway - Enlisted on 6/21/1861 at Yonkers, NY as a Private.  On 6/21/1861 he mustered into "G" Co. NY 40th Infantry.  He was transferred out on 2/15/1864.  On 2/15/1864 he transferred into "116th" Co. Veteran Reserve Corps 2nd Battn.  He was Mustered Out on 6/22/1864 at Washington, DC.  He was listed as wounded 12/13/1862 at Fredericksburg, VA.  Promoted to Corporal on 12/7/1862.
