Excavated Civil War Insignia Artillery Crossed Cannon and Regimental Number - Inventory Number: INS 275 / SOLD

Enlisted pattern artillery insignia intended to be worn on the front of the dress hat or on the top of the forage cap, missing the attachment loops but in good dug condition. Also included is a stamped brass company or battery number 4. A nice ensemble of excavated Civil War hat insignia.

Comes housed in a 6 x 8 inch display case with red velvet backing and descriptive card.
