Model 1861 Rifle-Musket barrel in nice, excavated condition, cut down to 28 inches in length. Recovered at Aquia Creek, Virginia, site of many Army of the Potomac camps during the winter of 1862-1863. Large artifacts like this are very difficult to find in Civil War sites today.
