Excavated U.S. Cartridge Box Plate - Inventory Number: BEL 347 / SOLD

Dug U.S. box plate solid condition. Missing the iron attachment loops but retains 100 percent of lead backing. The plate is slightly curved and has a dark woods patina with some of the dirt remaining on the face. A nice, uncleaned example with great character. Chancellorsville, VA. 

Comes housed in a display case with black velvet backing and descriptive card.
