Frankford Arsenal Fuses

Frankford Arsenal 10 Second Fuses - Inventory Number: ART 010 / SOLD

Original Civil War Cannon fuses were manufactured at the Frankford Arsenal during the Civil War.  Each package contains 5 fuses, which would be exposed by pulling the linen tab.  These fuses would be cut to length and inserted in the fuse adapter to ignite the powder charge in the canon ball.
