Gettysburg Parrott Shell - Inventory Number: GET 488

The standard ammunition for the 3-inch Parrot rifled cannon. This shell was fired but remains in excellent condition. Possibly an early pick-up. Recovered from the Gettysburg Battlefield.  This example is in good condition and has been deactivated. A wonderful artillery Parrott projectile from Gettysburg!
