Excellent example of a Civil War side knife. This example measures 11 3/4” overall with a well-formed 7 1/2-inch blade. The handle is constructed of a pair of stag panels with nickel fittings and a large silver belt clasp on sheath. The body of the sheath is an attractive blue with gold embossed accents and boarder. If your are only going to have one example, this would be it.
