Circa 1890’s facsimile of a Confederate $100 bill, printed by the Libby Co. of New York. The reverse has an advertisement for the Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain Railway in the form of a railroad spike, illustrating the various attractions that drew so many tourists to the mountain during that era. The railroad operated from 1886-1895 and was superseded by the Lookout Mountain Incline Railway. A unique piece of Chattanooga history.
