Model 1858 Smooth Side Canteen - Inventory Number: CAN 131 / SOLD

Classic Civil War US issued smooth side canteen. This one retains all three strap loops. The pewter spout has cursive letters scratched into it that are illegible. The body of the canteen is in good condition with some light rust spots and a few dents from use. A nice representative Civil War canteen.
