Patriotic Sash Buckle - Inventory Number: BEL 246 / Sold

 Exceptional patriotic belt buckle.  This gutta percha two-piece buckle depicts an impressively detailed pair of American eagles with federal shields.  A ribbon beneath reads: “E Pluribus Unum”. Pristine condition with the reverse retaining the brass attachment devices with original black enamel painted finish intact.  This is the only example of this plate we’ve encountered in thirty years.
