The lot includes a pattern 1851 sword belt keeper, a shield style Civil War banjo tensioner, parts of utensils, a straight razor, change purse latch, thimble. Sash buckle, and other miscellaneous period relics. Culpeper, Virginia was the scene of numerous battles and campaigns throughout the Civil War and was the location of the Army of the Potomac’s encampment during the winter of 1863-1864.
