Sheridan’s Cavalry Corps Insignia - Inventory Number: INS 230 / Sold
This is a die-struck brass badge, 2 ¾” wide, with crossed sabers in front of an oval sunburst design. Center has small oval area which has some chipping on the blue paint. Back has two brass wire fasteners soldered on. Good amount of the original gold gilt remains.
