U.S. Belt Plate - Inventory Number: BEL 219 / SOLD

Nice example of an early U.S. Belt plate with beveled tongue and arrow head hooks.  The face of the plate bears a deeply struck die stamped "100", while the back bears a faint soldier's inscription.
