US Infantry Officer's Cuff Button, eagle with "I".   Example of Scovill Mfg Co with dot dividers, dm between rings of dots.  Button depicts eagle facing right with "I" in the shield, generally for infantry officers.  Backmark will vary, this example features:  "SCOVILL MF'G CO. / (star)  (star) (star) " dm between rings of dots.  Two part convex button,  Cuff size.
