DeWitt reference book identifies this as “GMcC 1864-21”. The obverse pictures the popular Union Army leader facing left, with "Maj. Gen. Geo. B. McClellan. U.S.A." around the portrait, "1864" at the bottom, with a tiny "W.H. Key F." at the shoulder. The reverse pictures the "head of Washington resting on star-studded clouds, flanked by two flags to right and left with rays above", as DeWitt says. and around this scene is "The Union Must And Shall Be Preserved"
