The Soldiers’ Hymn-Book, published by the Boston Young Men’s Christian Association. From the press of the American Tract Society, 150 Nassau St. New York. Pocket sized religious, 80 pages measuring 4 ¼” by 2 ¾” with the pencil inscription “Samuel Martin 1864” on the last page. The back cover is printed “Presented by the United States Christian Commission.” A fine addition to a collection of soldiers’ personal effects.
