Army of the Potomac Ribbon – Inventory Number: VET 006 / SOLD Red ribbon measures approximately 5 5/8 inches long and 2 3/4 inches wide.  “ARMY OF THE”  is printed in silver on the face above a gold patriotic eagle that rests in a silver wreath.  Beneath the wreath, “POTOMAC 1902 25th NAT’L ENCAMPMENT G.A.R. WASHINGTON, D.C.”  There is a silver top and bottom border.   The reverse has a pin.  Nice conditioned piece. Inventory Number: VET 006 / SOLD The Army of the Potomac was the major Union Army in the Eastern Theater of the American Civil War.
