Civil War Coffee Pot

 

Excellent example of a Civil War era tin coffee pot.  Circa 1860s.  Typical tin coffee pot used by soldiers during the civil war.  Fine to excellent condition. No holes.  Hinged lid is in working order.  Handle is reinforced as well as the domed lid.  Period flat bottom construction with soldered seams.  Measures 8 3/4″ high x 7″ wide.  Very representative war time example!
