Civil War Eagle Breastplate – Inventory Number: BEL 426 / SOLD Excellent example of an excavated Civil War Period Eagle Breast Plate. Nice brown patina overall with no damage to the face. The reverse shows the full lead solder fill turned to a dark gray, both iron attachment loops are lacking. Recovered from Culpepper, VA. Comes housed in a 8 x 6 inch display case with red velvet backing and descriptive card.   Inventory Number: BEL 426 / SOLD
