Description

Delegate Ribbon – inventory Number: VET 131 Top hangar is a decorative brass frame with a celluloid insert that reads, “DELEGATE”.  Pin is present on reverse.  Suspended from this is a red, white, and blue colored silk ribbon with gold lettering that reads, “22nd Annual Encampment Department of Conn. Auxiliary to the S. of U. V. of the C. W. Thomaston. Conn. April 14-15 1937”.  Attached to this is a celluloid pin with the likeness of Joseph Simpson Post 68, G.A.R.  Approximately 5″ in length.   Inventory Number: VET 131
