GAR, 37th National Encampment in San Francisco medal, 1903. Elaborate, multi-piece ladder badge featuring a raised beer, head and enameled background with California state flag and national flag. The bottom drop is in the shape of the GAR membership metal with red, white, and blue enamel. The top bar features a widespread eagle with a red background and the text representative on the face.

Comes housed in 6 inch x 8 inch riker display case with black velvet backing and descriptive card.
